Our return policy is simple, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any item bought via TheCapCity.com We take pride in the quality of our products. Our policy is to ensure that all products supplied reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. A return request should be made within 14 days and meet the requirements below. We are unable to offer refunds on products that have been customized or discounted. However, we will work with you on the piece and try to meet your requirements should an order not meet your expectations.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be in perfect condition and complete with their original tags still attached. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. EXCHANGES

When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exchange item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.

Exchanges (full price items) – 14 days from date of purchase
Exchanges (sale items) – non exchangeable
Refunds (full price items) – 14 days from date of purchase
Refunds (sale items) – non exchangeable

NOTE

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original package if possible or use a box that will not damage, fold or bend the items.

  • Please do not return item(s) in envelopes.

  • Packaging item(s) in this manner may damage them.

  • Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to insure that we receive the package.


SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship items back are non-refundable.
