100,000 - POINT “YE LIVE IN JAKARTA” TRIP REDEMPTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Organised by Negative Signature Sdn. Bhd.
By redeeming this Trip Reward, the Redeeming Member confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Organiser” refers to Negative Signature Sdn. Bhd., the operator of The Cap City and the TCC Payung Programme.
1.2 “Redeeming Member” refers to the eligible TCC Payung Programme member who successfully redeems the Trip Reward using their TCC Payung points.
1.3 “Companion” refers to the one (1) additional guest nominated by the Redeeming Member and approved by the Organiser.
1.4 The Redeeming Member and their Companion are collectively referred to as the “Participants.”
1.5 “Trip Reward” refers to the trip package for two (2) persons to attend YE LIVE IN JAKARTA 2026, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND REDEMPTION
2.1 The Redeeming Member must have at least 100,000 valid TCC Payung points in their account at the time of redemption.
2.2 Exactly 100,000 points will be deducted from the Redeeming Member’s account upon successful redemption and confirmation by the Organiser.
2.3 Only one (1) Trip Reward is available.
2.4 The Trip Reward will be awarded to the first eligible member who successfully completes the redemption process and whose eligibility is verified by the Organiser.
2.5 Points may not be combined, pooled or transferred between different member accounts for the purpose of redeeming the Trip Reward.
2.6 Redemption is only confirmed when the Redeeming Member receives an official written confirmation from the Organiser.
2.7 The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of the Redeeming Member’s account, points and personal information before confirming the redemption.
2.8 Any redemption involving fraudulent, duplicated, invalid, improperly obtained or incorrectly credited points may be rejected or cancelled.
2.9 Once the redemption has been confirmed, the 100,000 points are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, points or any other reward, except where expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
3. TRIP DETAILS
3.1 The Trip Reward is for the Redeeming Member and one (1) registered Companion, for a total of two (2) persons.
3.2 The trip details are as follows:
Concert: YE LIVE IN JAKARTA 2026
Artist: Ye, formerly known as Kanye West
Concert Date: 24 October 2026
Venue: Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta, Indonesia
Trip Dates: 24–25 October 2026
Duration: Two (2) days and one (1) night
3.3 The Trip Reward includes:
(a) Round-trip economy transportation from the designated meeting point in Malaysia to Jakarta, including flights selected by the Organiser;
(b) Standard baggage entitlement included with the selected airfare, if any;
(c) One (1) night’s accommodation in one (1) standard room for the two Participants;
(d) Two (2) tickets to YE LIVE IN JAKARTA 2026;
(e) Transportation between locations included in the official trip itinerary; and
(f) Activities expressly included in the official trip itinerary.
3.4 The concert ticket category, seating or viewing area will be determined by the Organiser and will be subject to availability and the arrangements made with the relevant ticketing provider or event organiser.
3.5 The airline, flight schedule, hotel, room type, transportation provider, itinerary and all other trip arrangements will be determined by the Organiser.
3.6 Requests for alternative flights, upgraded seating, separate hotel rooms, extended stays or other personal arrangements will not be included unless expressly approved in writing by the Organiser. Any additional costs will be borne by the Participants.
3.7 The final itinerary, designated meeting point, reporting time, flight details and other relevant information will be provided to the confirmed Participants before the trip.
4. COMPANION
4.1 The Redeeming Member may nominate one (1) Companion. The Companion may not bring any additional guest.
4.2 The Companion must be registered within the deadline specified by the Organiser.
4.3 The Redeeming Member is responsible for providing complete and accurate information about their Companion.
4.4 The Companion will be subject to the same rules, requirements and responsibilities applicable to the Redeeming Member.
4.5 The Redeeming Member must personally participate in the trip. The Companion may not attend or use the Trip Reward without the Redeeming Member.
4.6 The Redeeming Member may not be replaced or substituted.
4.7 A request to replace the Companion may be considered only if submitted before the deadline specified by the Organiser. Any replacement will be subject to the Organiser’s written approval and any ticketing, airline, hotel or administrative restrictions.
4.8 Any fees or additional costs arising from an approved Companion replacement will be borne by the Redeeming Member.
4.9 The Companion entitlement cannot be exchanged for cash, points, products, a travel credit, a separate room or another reward.
5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
5.1 Both Participants must provide complete and accurate personal information by the deadline specified by the Organiser.
5.2 Both Participants are responsible for possessing valid passports and all identification, visas, permits, health documents and other travel documents required for travel to and entry into Indonesia.
5.3 The names provided to the Organiser must match the Participants’ passports and other travel documents exactly.
5.4 Both Participants are responsible for ensuring that their passports remain valid for the period required by the relevant authorities.
5.5 Both Participants must comply with all immigration, customs, health, security and entry requirements applicable at the time of travel.
5.6 The Organiser will not be responsible if either Participant is denied boarding, denied entry, detained or otherwise unable to travel due to incomplete, inaccurate, invalid or insufficient documentation or failure to satisfy any applicable travel requirement.
5.7 Any loss or additional cost resulting from such failure will be borne by the affected Participant. The 100,000 points will not be refunded or reinstated in these circumstances.
6. TRANSPORTATION AND REPORTING
6.1 The Participants are responsible for travelling to and from the designated meeting point at their own cost.
6.2 Transportation provided under the Trip Reward will begin and end at the designated meeting point communicated by the Organiser.
6.3 Both Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point by the stated reporting time.
6.4 If either Participant misses any flight, transportation or scheduled activity due to lateness or any reason within their control, the Organiser will not be responsible for arranging or paying for replacement transportation or accommodation.
6.5 Any additional transportation or related costs outside the official trip arrangements will be borne by the Participants.
6.6 The Participants must travel according to the flights, transportation schedule and itinerary arranged by the Organiser unless otherwise approved in writing.
7. PERSONAL EXPENSES
7.1 Unless expressly included in the official itinerary, the following are not included in the Trip Reward:
(a) Transportation to and from the designated meeting point;
(b) Passport, visa or immigration-related costs;
(c) Travel or personal accident insurance;
(d) Additional baggage charges;
(e) Meals and beverages;
(f) Hotel deposits, room service and incidental charges;
(g) Personal shopping and entertainment expenses;
(h) Medical expenses;
(i) Mobile data, roaming or communication charges; and
(j) Any other personal expense not expressly stated as included.
7.2 All such expenses will be borne by the Participants.
8. CANCELLATION AND NON-ATTENDANCE
8.1 Both Participants must be available for the entire trip from 24–25 October 2026, including the reporting and travel times determined by the Organiser.
8.2 If the Redeeming Member cancels or is unable to attend after redemption, the entire Trip Reward will be cancelled and the Companion will not be permitted to use the Trip Reward independently.
8.3 If the Companion cancels or is unable to attend, the Redeeming Member may still participate in the trip. No cash, points, replacement reward or additional benefit will be provided for the unused Companion entitlement.
8.4 If either Participant fails to attend, arrives late, misses the flight or fails to complete the trip for reasons within their control, no refund, reinstatement of points or alternative reward will be provided.
8.5 The Trip Reward is strictly non-transferable. Only an approved replacement Companion may be permitted in accordance with Section 4.\
9. CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION
9.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the itinerary, transportation, accommodation or other arrangements where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, weather, government restrictions or circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
9.2 The Organiser does not control and cannot guarantee the performance, appearance, timing or continued availability of Ye, the concert, the venue or any third-party travel or event provider.
9.3 If the concert or trip is postponed, cancelled or materially affected by circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, the Organiser may, where reasonably possible:
(a) Reschedule the Trip Reward;
(b) Provide alternative arrangements or a replacement experience;
(c) Reinstate all or part of the 100,000 redeemed points; or
(d) Take any other reasonable action determined by the Organiser based on the circumstances and any refunds or remedies available from the relevant third-party providers.
9.4 No cash compensation will be payable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9.5 Any material changes affecting the confirmed Participants will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.
9.6 If the Organiser cancels the entire Trip Reward for reasons unrelated to any breach by the Participants, and no reasonable replacement or rescheduled arrangement is provided, the 100,000 redeemed points will be reinstated.
10. CONDUCT
10.1 Both Participants must behave appropriately and respectfully throughout the trip.
10.2 Both Participants must comply with all instructions, safety requirements, laws, venue rules, airline rules, hotel rules, ticketing conditions and guidelines issued by the Organiser or any appointed third-party provider.
10.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participation or remove either Participant from the trip in cases of misconduct, abusive or disruptive behaviour, intoxication, illegal activity, harassment, failure to follow instructions or behaviour that may endanger themselves or others.
10.4 If either Participant is removed from the trip for misconduct or breach of these Terms and Conditions, no refund, reinstatement of points, replacement reward or compensation will be provided.
10.5 Any additional costs arising from such removal will be borne by the affected Participant.
11. SAFETY AND INSURANCE
11.1 Both Participants are responsible for their own safety, health and personal well-being throughout the trip.
11.2 Participants are strongly advised to obtain their own travel insurance and personal accident insurance covering, among other things, trip cancellation, medical treatment, loss of belongings and travel disruption.
11.3 Participants are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically fit to travel and participate in the activities included in the itinerary.
11.4 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any Participant who is reasonably considered to pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
12. LIABILITY
12.1 The Organiser will not be responsible for any loss, injury, illness, accident, delay, cancellation, missed connection, damage to property or additional expense arising from circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
12.2 The Organiser will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged passports, tickets, money, luggage, electronic devices or other personal belongings.
12.3 Airlines, hotels, transportation providers, concert promoters, ticketing providers, venues and other suppliers are independent third parties. Their services will be subject to their respective terms, conditions and policies.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. CONTENT AND PUBLICITY
13.1 The Organiser may capture photographs, audio recordings and videos during the trip for documentation, marketing, social media, editorial and promotional purposes.
13.2 By participating in the trip, both Participants acknowledge and agree that their name, image, likeness, voice and appearance may be included in such content and used by the Organiser without additional payment, subject to applicable law.
13.3 Both Participants agree to reasonably cooperate with content capture forming part of the official trip itinerary.
14. PERSONAL DATA
14.1 The Organiser may collect, use and disclose the Participants’ personal information where reasonably necessary to administer the redemption and arrange the trip.
14.2 The Participants’ information may be shared with relevant airlines, hotels, insurers, transportation providers, ticketing providers, event organisers, government authorities and other appointed service providers where necessary for the trip.
14.3 Both Participants are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate, complete and current.
14.4 Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organiser’s privacy practices.
15. NO AFFILIATION
15.1 The Trip Reward is independently organised by Negative Signature Sdn. Bhd. as part of the TCC Payung Programme.
15.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Trip Reward is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or officially affiliated with Ye, YEEZY, the concert promoter, the venue or any related party.
16. GENERAL
16.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any material amendment affecting a confirmed redemption will be communicated to the Redeeming Member.
16.2 The Organiser reserves the right to reject, cancel or disqualify any redemption that does not satisfy the eligibility requirements or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
16.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
16.4 The Organiser’s decisions concerning eligibility, redemption and administration of the Trip Reward shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
16.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
16.6 By redeeming the Trip Reward, the Redeeming Member confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and will ensure that their registered Companion also reads, understands and agrees to them before participating in the trip.
